The hourly rates charged for the different resource types provided by Agile Speedup are disclosed to the customer in advance of commencing any work.
The customer will initially estimate the amount of each resource type that will be needed over a selected period of time, say for example one month.
Every sprint to be undertaken will generally require a different composition of resource people. The composition of the team required to complete the work of a specific sprint of a project is determined from the statement of requirements for doing that particular sprint. The estimates are usually obtained by mutual agreement between the parties.
A contract is provided for review and signature by the customer. It will contain the details for payments and related conditions of the contract.
